Lead Management - We shopped 378 dealers* online to see what kind of response we would get. Out of those 378 dealers only 139 responded in less than 24 hours. 32 more responded in just a little less than 48 hours and 11 more responded in 3 days. That means that 195 dealers were left completely out of the game.

As soon as the lead is sent from the lead generating source (ex. Autotrader, Manufacture, etc) the customer receives an instant response thanking them for inquiring about the vehicle and letting them know that the dealership is processing their inquiry immediately. At the same time, a salesperson, assigned by the dealership, is notified by either cell phone or pager that they have an internet lead.
When the salesperson goes to the computer they will log on to our web site and on the left hand side of the main screen there will be a list of active customers with the most recent being on top of the list. By clicking on the customers name, the salesperson will be directed to a customer information screen.
They can then read the screen and gather the information they need to respond to the customer. By then just clicking the Email Customer button they can reply to the customer and send them an email from our site.
